Mobile Chiropractic New Patient Appointment 

What to expect

The first experience with Family & Sports Mobile Chiropractic will be different for everyone because we customize our services to YOUR personal needs!

Athlete first appointment: 

An initial consultation and history about the injury/discomfort will be conducted. Dr. Haynes will perform a physical exam consisting of orthopedic tests, followed by the adjustment, soft tissue work, Physical Therapy exercise protocols, and/or stretching etc... Each treatment plan will be tailored to the athletes goals, recovery process and wellness.

Adult/child's first appointment:

There will be an initial consultation discussing history and goals for treatment. Dr. Haynes will also conduct a physical exam, followed by the adjustment unless further evaluation is required (imaging or blood work etc...).

Infant's first appointment:

During the first session, there will be an initial consultation discussing the baby's history, birth experience, current symptoms and goals for the child. There will also be a physical exam where the baby will be evaluated by Dr. Haynes. She will check primitive reflexes, signs of hip dysplasia and neurological tests to ensure proper functioning. The next phase of the physical exam includes a gentle spinal and cranial exam, followed by the adjustment.

Pregnant mother's first appointment:

There will be an initial consultation discussing the mother's history, birth plans/team, current symptoms and goals for treatment. Dr. Haynes will perform a physical exam which includes the adjustment via Webster Technique.
